Order Processing

Orders are processed and ship the same or next business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options, selectable at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Domestic Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed in recyclable, standard packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. We keep our materials minimal and earth-friendly wherever possible.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed to you within 24 hours of your order shipping. You can use it to follow your package from our door to yours. Please allow a little time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at hello@dmvresearch.io and we will help track it down.
