At DMV Skin, we want you to love the way your skin feels. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. The summary below explains when products can be returned, replaced, or refunded.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of deliveryfor a full refund of the purchase price. Simply reach out to our team to start a return, and we’ll send you instructions.

Opened products

Skincare is personal, and we know a product doesn’t always agree with every skin type. If you experience a reaction or a quality issue with an opened product, contact us within 14 to 30 days of deliveryand we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. A brief description of the issue helps us make it right and improve our formulas.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@dmvresearch.io with a clear photo of the issue. We’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

  • Email us with your order number and the reason for the return
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions or process a replacement
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval
